"Delivery was right on time"
My order showed up when it was supposed to, and the tracking was easy to follow. I didn’t have to chase anything or contact anyone, so it was a smooth delivery experience.

I ordered from lissatheshop.com and yeah, I’m actually happy with it. The fabric feels nice, the stitching looks neat, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. Overall, good stuff and I’d say it was worth it

"I ordered a top from Lissa..."
I ordered a top from Lissa The Shop it looked really nice when I first got it. The fit was good and I was happy with it. After a couple of washes though, the fabric started to feel a little thinner and the stitching seems a bit loose. To be fair, I might not have been as careful with the washing as I should’ve been, so maybe that didn’t help. It’s still wearable for now, but I’m not totally sure how long it’s going to hold up.

I needed to swap for a different size, and the exchange process was a bit slower than I expected. That said, support was helpful and got it sorted after a few emails, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I found a few things on the site that I actually liked, but dealing with customer service was a bit of a headache. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but it felt like I kept getting generic answers that didn’t really address what I was asking. I had to repeat myself more than once, and there were just too many back-and-forth steps for something that should’ve been simple. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely didn’t make me feel confident about ordering again.

"Refund showed up way faster than I expected"
I had to cancel my order because I made a mistake on my end, so I’ll take the blame for that one. The refund came back really quickly though, which surprised me. I was expecting to wait around for days, so I’m happy with how smoothly it was handled

I ordered my usual size from lissatheshop.com, and I was expecting at least some kind of issue because online sizing is usually a gamble.
The size chart ended up being accurate for me, which was a relief. Nothing felt weirdly tight, and it wasn’t baggy in random places either, so there wasn’t much to complain about there.

I’m happy with the fit overall. I’m still always a little skeptical ordering clothes online, but this one worked out and I’d probably order again

The order tracking worked fine and kept updating, so I wasn’t really left wondering where my package was. I just expected it to arrive a little sooner based on the timeline, but it ended up coming a bit late. Overall, not a bad experience, just a small gap between what I expected and when it actually showed up.

"Honestly, I loved it right away"
I ordered from lissatheshop.com kind of on a whim, and the second I tried it on I was like, okay yep, this works. The fit is really nice and not tight or awkward in the shoulders, which is usually where I have issues. The fabric is super soft and comfortable enough to wear all day. The sizing was exactly what I expected too. I’d definitely buy again

I got my order from Lissa The Shop and everything was exactly right. The sizes and colors matched what I picked, and nothing was missing. That’s pretty much what you hope for when ordering online, right? I’m happy with it and would order again.

"Color was way off from the pics"
I ordered this dress thinking it was gonna be a soft beige like in the photos, but when it showed up it was more yellow-ish in person. The fit was fine, so there’s that, but the color difference was kinda annoying. Not sure I’d order from here again, tbh

"Pretty easy to get around"
I used Lissa The Shop the other day and it was straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find the thing I was looking for without going all over the place. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. You know how some sites make it weird for no reason, but this wasn’t like that.

My order from lissatheshop.com showed up packed well, so I’ll give them credit for that. The box wasn’t oversized, and the items inside were wrapped enough that they didn’t really shift around during shipping.

That said, one corner of the outer box was bent, which was a little disappointing to see when it arrived. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged, but I do wish the packaging looked a bit neater and more carefully handled overall.

I like the shop overall, but the sizes I wanted were already out of stock. Not sure how to explain it, but it’s a little frustrating when you find something you like and can’t get your size.

I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a little worried and started wondering if it would actually look the same in person. But when my order arrived, it matched the photos really well and there weren’t any weird surprises. Relieved overall.

"I liked it when I first saw it..."
I liked it when I first saw it because it does look cute and clean in person. After using it for a bit, though, the design started to feel kind of basic to me. It’s nice overall, just not very standout.
